Deliveries to user premises will normally be made on the day assigned to the particular area in
which the delivery address is geographically located, although Somercourt Limited reserve the right to deliver
on alternative dates if necessary. Deliveries to end-user premises will be made on Factory transport where
possible but Somercourt Limited reserve the right to use carrier companies or other transport where required
to ensure delivery commitments are met.

Where delivery is made and delivery notes have been signed stating that the quantity received is correct and that the items are in good condition, no subsequent reimbursement or exchange of goods will be carried out should short delivery or damage become apparent later
